At LC Smiles, our mission is simple – create a comfortable, welcoming space where our patients receive exceptional dental care. We’re growing and looking for two outstanding individuals to join our team: a Full-Time Office Specialist and a Full-Time Dental Hygienist.

Full-Time Office Specialist

About the Role:
As our Front Office Specialist, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see. You’ll manage the front desk, schedule appointments, verify insurance, handle patient inquiries, and keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

• Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions

• Maintain accurate patient records

• Process payments and verify insurance

• Support the dental team with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Previous dental or medical office experience a plus (but not required)

Full-Time Dental Hygienist

About the Role:
Our Dental Hygienist plays a vital role in delivering top-quality patient care. You’ll work closely with our dentists to provide preventive dental services, educate patients on oral health, and help create confident, healthy smiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and preventive care

• Take and interpret dental radiographs

• Chart periodontal conditions and treatment plans

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

• Maintain infection control standards and sterilize equipment

• Support patient comfort and ensure a positive experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Idaho Dental Hygienist license

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• A gentle, patient-focused approach

• Commitment to continuing education and growth
